Cutout

This effect makes the apple appear as if it is been drawn for a cartoon, and makes the apple look more fake then realistic. The apples colour becomes much more dull and darker, with less shine to it.An example of were this effect would be used is when someone is trying to make an image appear more dull and less realistic, such as for a cartoon.

Plastic Wrap

The Plastic Wrap effect makes the image shiny in the middle and adds a greyish border around the image. All of these additions make the image look like it has been wrapped with plastic. An exmaple of when this effect could be used is when you have a image and need to make it look as if it has plastic wraped around it. Also when showing someone a dull car, you can use this effect to add more shine to the image.

Underpainting

The Underpainting effect makes the image appear blury and as if it has been drawn from looking at it through water. Also when looking at the image you can see something, such as paintbrush lines going across the image. A example of when this effect can be used is when someone wants there picture to look like it was drawn looking towards them through water.
